Unfortunately the atheist will have to stand up and go

Yes, I do impressions sometimes. It's not a matter of not giving a shit (and whether you realise it or not, that could be taken as misrepresenting my position. Please try not to do that, it's not polite). Anyway, rather than simply not giving a shit, it's more like the issue does not concern me. If you imagine your beliefs as a bubble with you in the centre, surrounded on all sides and unable to see anything else, I am on the outside of the bubble and can see it for what it is. I'm not trapped in your bubble. I realise that probably sounds more arrogant than I intended, but I needed to make the point as strongly as I could.

Another way of saying it is I don't have a horse in this race, but I don't know if the idiom will translate.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

If this issue does not concern you then what's your point posting in this thread? May be you know, then tell me, do afterlife, soul, God exist?

They exist because we made them.

I assume you don't believe in Santa Claus, the Loch Ness monster, Sauron, or Bugs Bunny. But those words exists too.
Are you implying that the mere existence of a word means that that object must also exist?
If so, then there is some really freaky shit out there that we need to start worrying about right now!

Whoever it is you believe in - I don't.

You have no proof, neither do I but mine is the default position.

There are millions of sects my friend, thousands!!!

Imagination and supporting literature. Have you ever been to Middle Earth? Do you think any of the things in there exist? Ever met a Hobbit? How about Star Trek, Star Wars, The Easter Bunny, Santa Klaus, Fairies, Leprechauns, The Lock Ness Monster, Alien Abduction....

Or how about Buddha, Shiva, Confucius, Allah, Zeus, Odin.....

You think all of these things/gods/sprites exist because the names do?

You asked earlier about my belief's verses my knowledge:

I do not believe God exists, nor an afterlife, nor a soul.

I cannot know these things 100% for certain but I am sure enough to bet my afterlife, or lack of one, on it.

Of course - we keep referring to God and I assume you mean the Christian one. You do realize that if there is a God but its not your God you will be rotting in hell besides me.

Judging by the number of variations of Churches - each one claiming to be the one and only - there is a decent chance you are worshipping the right God but in the wrong way and still end up in Hell with me.
Christiaity is a way of living, I don't know who the Christian God is.

It's a way of living that has murdered, tortured, and enslaved, promoted superstition, obstructed enlightenment and suppressed knowledge, traumatized children, infantilized adult, and oppressed women, for 1600 years.

Effectively I just double posted what you did - you beat me by one minute.

Forgot Bugs Bunny - "Ah hate that rabbit." (Yosemite Sam's voice).

Because most people, if given any choice, much less inducement, would pick the quick and easy way out, and find ways to indulge the dictates of their emotional weaknesses and intellectual lack of rigor through wishful thinking, then to select the harder path and subordinate the wants of their emotion to the effort to strengthen their intellect.

Because I can. I have opinions about the things under discussion, and in fact my lack of belief is one of my opinions. Are you trying to tell me I can't post here, right after I finished telling you not to?

That's your job, not mine. I make no claims about those things. My opinion, however, is they likely do not.

CBig GrinOS/ - if you're making the claims, you need to provide the evidence. Asking open ended questions and then insisting we provide evidence to prove a negative is the mistake that many theists make, especially dim witted ones.

And it's not me saying "I don't give a shit" - I am specifically asking:

1. Why we should care about anything you have to say when you present unverifiable, irresolvable claims about after lifes and gods (whatever they are).

2. Why you are presuming to speak on behalf of people you clearly know nothing about and then continue to tell them (us) what we think and why you hate us for it?

You sound like a fucking fool, if I'm being honest.
You shouldn't be caring I am not asking you to be cared. You posted a post I replied, that's it.

I didn't say - I hate you nor anyone else in this thread.
You're 7 years old?

Why do you lie?

Why can't you read English properly?

You are assigning to us values and beliefs we don't hold. That makes you the disingenuous liar, not me.

I've never once said I don't give a shit. You're the one insisting we don't. You need to cite where I've said it, otherwise either retract that I've said it or be reported for misrepresenting me.

Your entire posts on this forum have been an argument from ignorance ("how can this exist if this doesn't exist?" Etc).

If you don't know what that is, I suggest you look it up.
