Is Jesus really God?

Is jesus God?
Jesus was designated God by a commitee (the council of Nicea, as if you didn't know),so probably not. You can fix ignorance, you can't fix stupid. Tinkety Tonk and down with the Nazis.
Plus he said he was, and what he is recorded to have said and done is consistent with him actually being God LOL. The council of Nicea didn't pull it out of thin air like It was an observation. 'Christians' were aware that Jesus was the messiah, they just hadn't worked it out (as is clear from the text) precisely.
Maybe the presence of god manifested his body in a supernatural form, unable to be seen.

Anyhoo, just read his claims of godhood and found they were, (surprise, surprise), vague and contradictary. He never says 'I'm God me' or anything approaching as direct, he uses vague hairy fairy doublespeak. You can fix ignorance, you can't fix stupid. Tinkety Tonk and down with the Nazis. He uses speech that refers very precisely to biblical texts so people of the time knew exactly what he was saying.
You say you're God, but that is completely baseless... see the difference & why? You call it double speak. I call it watertight. Many people of the time claimed to be the messiah. If you would care to glance at wikipedia and type in 'list of messiah claimants' you will see that many claimed to be the messiah before jesus and just as many after. Your point seemed to be he was god because he said he was, well a lot of people have made that claim. You dont believe all the others, I just go one claimant further. And the reasoning of the others I find flawed. Just like your claim, it's just the same... anyone can make a baseless claim, but in this case, only Jesus made the logically consistent claim which leads Christians to conclude that he is God.

I dont find it logical or consistant. Have you even read the bible? You can fix ignorance, you can't fix stupid. Tinkety Tonk and down with the Nazis.
You plead ignorance, and I'd have to support you.
