Stereotyping Christians

RE: Stereotyping Christians
Homosexuality is sin? Smile I suppose that women wearing jeans is a sin as well... after all: that is a law made in leviticus (And i think also acts) Smile

And after all... God designed sin. Why would the creator hate something that he perfectly designed? Smile

Especially since God is perfect and somehow humanity screwed up...
If Adam was created by God, then he should be perfect, but instead he become imperfect and ate a fucking apple.
God = Imperfect if that's true (which it's not)

You're right. The Bible does not teach eternal torment, but the final fate of the unrepentant will be destruction in the lake of fire. It will not burn eternally.

I know that... Eve took the apple and ate it. I thought she gave one to Adam, too...

It says somewhere in the Bible that you'll burn for eternity. =3=

But most Christians do in fact hold similar beliefs (anti-homosexual, anti-abortion, etc.) because of their religion.
Yes, we are against homosexuality and abortion, but not the person. I am disgusted with the way Fred Phelps carries signs saying "God Hates Fags", and with abortion clinic bombers. The vast MAJORITY of Christians do not condone this behavior.

This is gateway intolerance.

Your belief that these things are wrong help foster the radicals. The vast majority of christians are enablers of the intolerant fox news watching extremists.

Even if you attack the action you share the reasoning.

Indeed it is gateway intolerance. Crowing that something is wrong or under attack and then adding as a footnote or disclaimer that no one should take extreme action is like talking about a particular ethnic group as "cockroaches" that need to be "taken care of" but stopping short of actually saying "kill them". And yeah, if you are too bone headed, I just intimated that the Rwandan Genocide started like that, and it did. Radio stations started broadcasting hate about Tutsi early on but halted before spelling out that they (the Tutsis) should be exterminated.

Hate leads to hate, no matter how light it starts out.
