i always say - "do i do bad things? yes..."
sin, to me, is referred as a religious term, so i avoid putting myself in that category.

Can we just admire the circular logic here? "God wouldn't send you to hell if you didn't deserve it, and you clearly deserve it because god's going to send you to hell..." Even leaving aside the fact that you clearly don't understand what a choice is, this is just pathetic; your god could just be an evil one, and then we wouldn't deserve it and we would be going to hell.
Besides, if sin is just something that goes against god's will... who the fuck put him in charge? Why's he so special he gets to do that? Would you accept anyone else deciding they're in charge of the world and punishing anyone who defies their will, regardless of whether that authority is granted or not?

Why is there an assumption that we choose not to believe? I can't believe in God. I can't force myself to believe in God. I could pretend, but he would presumably know.

Satan and the angels were the first to sin and God made hell for those guilty of sin, so people who are found with sin have there place there. Whether life is eternal or not, punishment should not be eternal. Especially if the "crime" is choosing to not be a slave to Yahweh. He's the one who set this system up. He's responsible for the people being in hell. This is obvious blackmail. If I start a bonfire, and get a group of people together, and say they deserve to be burned alive if they don't serve my every whim, I'm not saving them from being burned. I'm blackmailing them.
No one should own a free thinking being. Slavery has been outlawed in this nation dominated by christians, and children are not merely property of their parents.
