Unfortunately with the way atheists are treated in some of those countries, it may take violence to put a end to the violence. These are not calm and rational people that are committing the violent acts against atheists.

Excellent point. I don't understand what's being said so for all I know this is Sunni vs. Shia. Ahmadis in Pakistan would understand my point of view.
