If that's the case I would certainly hate to be in line behind you at a Baskin Robbins.

A scoop of Rum Raisin and a scoop of Black Walnut. Silly, ice cream may actually be more important than belief Tongue

When atheism becomes something else than just the disbelief in a deity I`ll probably stop being part of one depending on the thing added, I guess. [Image: 1sm032dunno.gif]
Maybe labeling is a bad thing after all...
Though I find it very weird to not be willing to deal with the stigma of a label. Severe prejudice is dumb.

Bingo!

There are only 2 possible positions one can hold on the premise that a god exists.

Either an individual believes in the existence of at least one god, or they don't.

Everyone that believes in at least one god, is a theist.
Everyone that does not believe in at least one god, is an an atheist.

What other possible position is there?

You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.
