Wunsbee, stranger or not, you don't owe this minister any explanations. Your beliefs are none of his damn business. Your parents are subjecting you to him because they know they don't have the goods themselves and are hoping that he can be the "closer" on this deal. Don't be intimidated. This is nothing more than a craven appeal to authority, and I doubt "the authority's" reasons for believing are any more convincing than the swill that gets regurgitated here daily.
Frankly, I think your parents are pathetic for adopting this tactic. Sorry.

Ask him for testable, falsifiable evidence of the existence of gods (the plural might throw him!)
Point out that the bible is not proof, it's just an old book of myths.
Ask him why a loving, all knowing, all seeing god created ebola, typhoid and all the other nasty little bugs.
Just try to pin him down to detail, don't let him waffle on about vague untestable opinion... get him to stick to facts, for everything he says is true just ask "how do you know?)
Good luck!

You know the guy.
Talk about sports, star trek, star wars, the matrix, sleeping beauty, little red riding hood, school, evolution, physics, astronomy, atomic bomb, nuclear bomb, nuclear power, smart phones, android or iPhone, travelling
Or just ask about other religions and their origins and how their origins predate Christ, Moses, Abraham and the whole if their story. Keep him on the defense. Ask "why"to everything you can think of in the bible.
Why must the trapped girl marry her rapist?
Why was god helpless again iron chariots?
Why did the guy make only one son in a geographical location where similar gods were already believed in?
Why not keep making sons to keep up with the times?
Why rely on faulty humans to write the story?
Etc...

Just be polite and non argumentative. Tell them you are will to listen and consider what they say. Then after it is over just avoid bringing up religion around anyone that is a believer. You have to learn to exist as an Atheist among all the religious people. Most of the time it means avoiding confrontation. Pick your battles. You can lose a lot in this life by being black balled by them. Good luck.

1) Right how much time do you have in order to prepare for this?
2) What denomination are we talking about?
trying to confuse you is one method by which this guy might try to persuade you, but most likely the angle will be your emotions.
Be aware of your emotions and how they are being manipulated, that will give you a heads up on where they are trying to hoodwink you.
If you can throw in something utterly random at this point you may disrupt their line of thought.

Everyone seems to want you to argue but personally I think that's a bad idea. If it were me I your situation I'd actually avoid arguing altogether. I figure while you are still young and at the mercy of your parents you'll be better off playing down the entire situation. I imagine the more you argue and try to 'win' the situation the more they will push you. I have a feeling they would get tired of trying to force you if you don't react to what they are doing.
That said I've never been in you're situation nor do I know these people so I haven't really got anything to go on.

After noticing several auto-correct blunders from the phone reply above... I decided to rehash

Just play it like a teenager...
If they say something, you go "yeah, whatever..." and keep that phased out look in your eyes, like if you're thinking about your boyfriend and all the fun times you could be having with him.
-Are you listening, young lady??
- yeah, sure... yadda yadda, god, yadda yadda, christ, yadda yadda sacrifice, yadda yadda 2 thousand years ago, yadda yadda, written down from hearsay with the purpose of letting other towns know about these stories, yadda yadda, they died martyrs, so it must have been true, yadda yadda. This is a perfect opportunity to troll in real life. I know it's a shitty situation, but that's a way to make the best of it.
