Physically, I prefer traditionally 'cute' features to traditionally 'hot' features - although some sort of combination is cool and all, cuteness is just awesome.
As for everything else which matters more - intelligence is number one. We should also be able to share our humor in an amusing manner with one another, I love sarcastic and cocky joke-banter. The nerdier the better: into video games, books, and/or science (so some shared hobby somewhere). Also, I tend to go for the introverts. Oh, and a lack of belief in 'ya way' is nice. 
Someone who is intelligent, can appreciate my drunken deepities, and laughs at my stupid jokes.
Oh yeah, and great in the sack. 
 
Knowledge of basic hand to hand combat skills. I want to feel protected. If a mugger popped out, I want my girl to protect me and beat the crap out of him.

Hmm... for me it is this:

Intellectual. Not clingy. Not super-duper chatty but not unable to chat either. Orginized. Wise. Pro-gay rights, including marriage. Pro-choice. Not a feminazi. I'm a political Independent, not Democrat and not Republican, and I'd love someone of similar spirit. My parents are total Republican haters, and have a lot of what I'd call "white guilt", if that makes any sense. I can't be stuck with a girl that is like that. Gotta see both sides, even if in the end you take one side.
As for the physical, I like cute over glamourous, though a little of both is fine. Hair color probably depends on facial features, but platinum blonde/bronze always works. White, asian, or Hispanic. Athletic (I like women's sports anyway). I like a girl that can dress girly/preppy. Sundresses/opaque tights/dress shoes (especially mary janes), always works. In hotter weather, athletic clothes work (I have many college tees and hoodies, myself, and like that look on a woman as well).

Atheist. Intelligent enough to like beer and bacon. Dumb enough to think I'm funny. Confident, but not a hotshot. Any shape, size, gender, or race. All I really want is personality. Willing to have sex any time and any place. End.
