Suspected? That's ridiculous - every person has the right to the presumption of innocence in most countries, and while I certainly agree that the Vatican should stop providing a safe-harbour for clergy who are child sex abusers, it doesn't mean they should remove people who are "suspected", after all said people could turn around and sue you for wrongful dismissal.
What's of far greater importance is that the Vatican should stop covering up for paedophilias immediately.
I am now in the unenviable position of actually supporting aractacus on this one. The UN makes endless demands of European / American organisations from a neo marxist viewpoint whilst simultaneously ignoring the developing world. Child abuse is rampant amongst Muslim clergy too but you would hear any UN organization condemning them.
Demanding people are removed on unsubstantiated suspicion is abominable and is directly reminiscent of the Marxists states these people wish to impose on all of us.
The UN is rather like the Vatican in that it is Doctrinaire and corrupt. I actually thing that the vatican is actually less corrupt and has more people with honest intentions than the UN (which is more of an insult to the UN than a pat on the back for the Vatican)
Some may call them junk, I call them treasures.

Well yes, the UN does some things that we would support and others that we don't. Every year they tell the USA to end the trade embargo with Cuba (which they should), but the USA wants to live in the past forever. It's almost like if European countries never reconciled with Germany after WWII - could you imagine that?

The WIN/Gallup End of Year Survey 2013 found the US was perceived to be the greatest threat to world peace by a huge margin, with 24% of respondents fearful of the US followed by: 8% for Pakistan, and 6% for China. This was followed by 5% each for: Afghanistan, Iran, Israel, North Korea. -LINK
