The only case I know of bible prophecy which is partly accurate is in the book of Daniel. That's because it was postdiction rather than prediction.
The author was pretending to be a person who lived hundreds of years before him, and when he described events in the author's past he was bang on. When he tried a real prediction about something a few years in the author's future, he blew it.

Minor correction but an important one: "and" - not "or".
