People like yourself have been saying the same thing for hundreds and hundreds of years, now... don't you get tired?

"He changed your life"? Or you changed your life using what other people have told you about that person as a blueprint?

Maybe there was a historical Jesus, but without the resurrection and the miracles he was just a man and your religion is just a lie.

Hardly,l but thank you for your incorrect opinion.

Simply read my posts and you will have citations to extra-biblical references of Jesus.

Read what countless others have cited in the hope that they had provided something never before seen, not realizing that what they think has no relevance in reality? No thanks.

I did not refer you to my opinions at all, but rather, to expert testimony on the matter from those who have actually researched and investigated the matter.

You have zero credentials whereas these men have credentials and many have published their work in peer reviewed publications.

I was once a follower of Christianity so I "get it." But, one has to redefine how he/she perceives reality in the truest sense of the word, for the spiritual realm might seem real, but it isn't.

Feelings, coincidental outcomes that seem to have sprung forth from prayer, opinion, etc...are not based on objective reality. It is far better for a religious person to say, "I choose to believe that God exists," rather than "Jesus is alive!"

But, such is life when you have lost touch with reality and live your life half planted in a fantasy world. :/ I don't mean that in an offensive way; I truly think that religion robs a person of a valuable life firmly planted in reality.

What I find interesting is the spread of belief.

Jesus lives now and jesus changed my life, that I can kinda see, based on personal experience. The Holy Spirit and whatnot.

He is lord of Lord and kind of Kings... I struggle with. In my personal experiences of what I perceived as God, he never gave me a resume, never a divine revelation of his place in the cosmos.

He's returning soon... This too confuses me. How does the hs communicate THAT?

Its the extrapolation which confuses me.

I'm not sure why people get hung up on the historical Jesus debate.

I think it's just to piss Christians off.

I think some spend a couple minutes perusing the various writings of internet "infidels" and conclude Jesus never existed based on these writings.

I think you spent a couple minutes skimming objections, and went back to reciting your same claims without really addressing them.
