I do shop a Walmart sometimes because of always low prices...always. I don't buy my food there tho. I go to Winco, their cheaper. Will that put Safeway out of business.

I just mean controversial in effect... the fact that it causes things like this, and I'm wondering if, despite the principles being correct, it's worth bothering going through overall since it's only over a matter such as Xmas and can't atheists just go ahead and celebrate anyway if they so wish to do so? Is the sign really necessary or worth it? The effect is has, is it overall worth it?

Anyone can celebrate anything if they want to, and it isn't illegal to celebrate Xmas when you're an atheist. Surely people know that?

Can comments stop the freedom of celebration? Will it be worse than negative comments or is it only negative comments I do wonder.

Yes, I'm well aware of this of course. But where does the Xmas part come in? Shouldn't plain atheist banners (as in, without the "Xmas" part) just be up instead? Of course atheists can celebrate Xmas because there's nothing physically stopping them from actually literally celebrating it - and it isn't illegal either. Why is Xmas really the issue here? I dunno, I don't get it, lol.
