You, sir, are correct. I just listened to it (the Beach Boys track from Pet Sounds that is). The second and third chorus sounds like they're saying sails, but that's really a harmony line overpowering the melody. The first chorus, which doesn't have the harmonies, clearly says "sets." Nicely done!

Oh please, in the past 15 years I've been on most of the sites and never made a sock puppet. Your Fearless Leader is feeding you a line of crap. He used the sock puppet bit because he doesn't need to produce evidence for it.
