When I was going to my psychologist I did a series of drawings, this one I did was when I was in psychosis.

Don't want to try to find an example of something that I have written, because it has been so long that I have written creatively as much as I usually do that it may be the case that nothing I have written creatively is on this laptop, but the fact that depression is such a struggle for me is one of the main reasons why I write creatively. It is just so therapeutic, and helps me so much understand what is happening to me when I am writing and why it is okay that it is happening.

I think the reason why I STARTED writing creatively was because I loved books so much, and I wanted to be a person who would one day write a book.

Another reason why I write is because of the fact that I experience PTSD, and again, writing is just SO therapeutic for that.

Gee I wish I could read some of your stuff, my book I wrote is about my mental illness and how I came though it, and realized that it didn't really belong to me, its my brain, but I realized that I am not my brain, real wako stuff lol. But seriously, why not put some of your writings here on this thread, pretty please.
