I hate that one too. They always resort to it when all else fails.
I think they should start with it every time.

Sounds feasible though?
Sorry, where was any of what you quoted actually written by Tor?

It was but I edited. I was complaining about people who instead of answering my questions said I was born from pigs and my worldview causes rape and murder etc and I stand no chance and I suck.

Oh, good: just so long as you'd actually posted the words, then no problem. If you hadn't, well, that'd be a misquote, and we'd have to fix it.
No worries though!

Yes, this caught my attention too. Thanks for clarifying, tor. That could have been... unfortunate.
Perhaps in future you could add a little footnote to explain what you edited and why. It's not always necessary, but can help avoid misunderstandings.
Edited to correct slipshod spelling.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

"Why are there still monkeys" is a real face-palmer. Argument from incredulity, first cause arguments.
Arguments from ignorance, presenting "knowledge" of how the universe came to be in general.

Thought police? For making a suggestion aimed at avoiding misunderstanding? You are aware that, had tor not pointed out what he'd done, you could have found yourself on the sharp end of a reprimand?
