The WIN/Gallup End of Year Survey 2013 found the US was perceived to be the greatest threat to world peace by a huge margin, with 24% of respondents fearful of the US followed by: 8% for Pakistan, and 6% for China. This was followed by 5% each for: Afghanistan, Iran, Israel, North Korea. -LINK

Where did you get that from? All I've heard is that he claims he thought it was an intruder. Nowhere has race been specified.

That only works in Florida.

Because it's South Africa, and because he would have no legal defence that he shot at a white intruder. In fact, if he had in fact shot a black man he probably would never have been taken to trial in the first place.

So, because he's South African, he must be a racist? That's what you're going with?

The guy's as guilty as scum, he shot an unarmed person dead through a closed door. It doesn't matter who the person was, he still intentionally shot them dead.

I don't believe his bullshit story for even a second that he thought a black man was inside rather than his girlfriend. Did I tell you guys that a couple of months ago at 2AM a young girl scared for her safety broke into my house? I didn't, did I? Well I was a little startled, but certainly violence wasn't the first thing to enter my mind. In fact I'm glad she broke in because Liang Zhao wasn't so lucky.

Speaking generally, white south africans are the most racist people on the planet, so yes because he's south african he is very likely racist.

Wait, wait, wait...you're defending your claim of racism with...racism?

Just admit you pulled that bullshit out of your ass, and you just assume he's racist based upon your own prejudices.

Firstly, read this.

Secondly, Pistorius lived in a high security exclusive estate (Silver Lakes Golf Estate). Now correct me if I'm wrong, but blacks (or "kaffirs") are not allowed on the Estate, correct? That makes Pistorius look racist to me by living in an exclusively White estate.

I'll take that as a "Yes, I pulled that out of my ass."

Both women and blacks are second-class citizens in South Africa, it doesn't take much imagination to put two and two together.
