How to be a strong atheist in a rather straightforward way

Tackattack,
For the record my post about observational bias wasn't specifically aimed at you, theist, or any specific worldview. It was spurred by your comment about your personal interpretation, but I don't view you as a moron who needs chastising. I see you as a seeker with a different worldview than me who would dig a good read. Observational bias is something we should all keep in mind, after all, if atheists are so caught up in being atheist they might miss out on the, "wonders of God" that seem to hold theists so transfixed. It is for this reason that I have asked some of the theists here for their recipe for faith. As I get more incoherent responses and links to websites full of circular logic I am more convinced that god is a delusion used to sooth the mind of seekers. Rhizo
I'm sure that comes from the theist that are transfixed. One of my principal lessons of Christianity is to be in the world yet not of the world. If you transfix your world on proving or disproving God you miss out on a true communion because you're too of the world. Transifxing on anything too much puts blinders on and causes posturing and leads to fanatacism. I know tons of people fanatical about money, sex, hate. At least as a christian, when I do get momentarily transfixed it's on a more positive aspect of life than the material BS we swim through.
So, what? You think you're better than me?

real is a subjective perspective of our views of reality. It isn't forced to mean tngible so real.. yes. Positive placebo.. not from my experiments which are all completely irrelevant because they can't be double blind, subjective tests from one's own perspective to include a placebo to my knowledge
By real I mean does the belief have evidence enough in order for you to believe that it actually matches up with the universe in the sense that it exists?
EvF
By that definition of "matching up with the known universe then no not existing. Hoever if we expand the definition to things outside of our known universe but within the endless possibilities on our space time causality chain constituting our actual universe then yes existing.
No, those things would still exist.

With our current understaning of the known universe and on a global scale of understanding then I can not say that the premise of God is a part of everyone's global reality. God in part should be personal and individualistic. I think the internet is a great place for everyone to bring together their own "reality" and assist in defining a global reality to try and lend objectivity to a universal concept. Places like this are wonderful for that. Most people though when they say reality are usually reffering to their own subjective observations of tangible things, which would not apply to any definition I use for God.
