RE: Enraged customer service call. (SUPER FUNNY)

I can just imagine the scene immediately afterward. Working in a Government call centre, we'd get this sort of thing from time to time (not quite as extreme though) and the conversations once the 'phone went down were classics. Once in a while, the officers would have to make out a PV (Potentially Violent) report and the office would get police protection.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

wow, you must be kidding me. Abuse? Did you even watch the video, besides, dont tell me youve never told someone to go fuck themselves and then having them turn their back to you because you just said that. Nobody takes that shit seriously. Only stupid american cunts do, and some other people in retarded countries.

I bet that customer made his day much less monotonous.

I remember the first time someone dropped the F bomb on me, and I took it real seriously. The girl claimed to be from New York, coming down to Alabama and talking to me like that. I didn't take too well to a stranger doing that, so I raised a big fuss. Not like I beat her up or anything, but over time I developed a thicker skin for personal attacks like that. I did threaten to stick a bar of soap in her mouth, though.
This kind of thing actually just happened with someone I know. I took a trip with someone who didn't have a vehicle, and the trip was about four hours longer than I thougth it would be. I got frustrated, and she said I should have said something about it before she left. I said what the fu**, because I actually did tell her I had something I wanted to do that afternoon that wasn't sitting in a truck for five hours. her husband got angry with me about it. I just told him I never made any personal attack with her, and he was supposed to ride back somewhere with me, but he refused to get in and I just took off without him.
Some people really are sensitive about that stuff. Not saying that's right or wrong. Just saying it happens.

I will just say that I worked in a call center once. We called people who had shown interest in purchasing a car and had willingly given their numbers. And we called people who had recently purchased a car or had warranty covered services.
That job was torturously boring. These types of people were my absolute favorite. You're not allowed to hang up on someone unless they threaten to kill you specifically. Muting my microphone and putting these jerks on speaker was our favorite thing to do for a good laugh.
You'd be amazed how furious someone can get over this mispronunciation of the word Audi. We actually had training meetings where we all sat around and practiced saying Audi. Lol

I worked at a Verizon Wireless corporate store at the customer service counter. The threats came in person, not necessarily over the phone. We actually had to hire a bouncer after an old dude threatened me with the shotgun hanging in the back window of his truck. The thing is, though, I totally felt for these customers. We were trained to be complete assholes to them.
