Full of pedophiles.
There is absolutely no evidence that priests are more likely to be pedophiles than any other groups. It does show how media coverage and change public opinions about what they choose to cover. Every single accusation made over about the last 70 years was brought up and obsessed over. If that was done with teachers parents would be pulling their kids from schools tomorrow.

And for good damn reason. Only an idiot supports a corrupt institution that protects pedophiles.

Except that it is very dangerous to ignore them, unless one does not mind theism dictating his life through government.
As opposed to atheism, philosophy, or whatever else one wishes to dictate to government by vote?
What is funny is that people of no faith believe you can vote on whatever thing you want, as long as it isn't faith. That's rather arbitrary.

Fuck the Catholic church, fuck those in charge of the church, and fuck the Catholics that know what happens within the church and make excuses for it.
So fuck you too.
Oh, and definitely fuck the pope.
Questions?
Someone mentioned witch hunts earlier. I guess it is easy to jump aboard the blame wagon and ignore the facts.

You are too much of a sheep to ever understand.
That sounds like a fundamentalist telling someone they just have to trust in Jesus to understand.

False. As ignorant as it is to have, one's faith is not in the throes of being expunged from the world as though atheism is a new age Hitler. All that is asked is that voters understand that church and state should be separate. Human rights should not be denied people because the ignorant theists believe they have the Christian right to recreate the world through their twisted views.

The sacraments? What are those? Why should I care about then?
Doctrine? What is that thing? Is it related to some doctor?
Do note that both those term have implicit belief that some extraordinary agent exists... around here, that belief is far from granted.
Besides, any institution that requires belief automatically lacks credibility. Think about it...
If belief is hope, then pretty much anything requires it. If I get a job, it is with hope for money and their hope for my work. Everything I do requires faith in something for us to function as a society.

There is a difference between religious faith and secular hope.

So which media coverage are you operating on now? Back when all priests were pedophiles or when they decided to focus on supposed institutional cover ups?
That's not even how the Catholic Church works. Individuals bishops are responsible for their priests. Individual bishops ordain and manage their priests. Whether or not individual bishops actually screwed up and put priests they believed were going to victimize children remains to be known if it will ever be known.
There is no evidence that priests are more likely to be pedophiles than the general male population.

That's not logical. Schools are not full of pedophiles, but if they media reported every accusations since the 40s, people would come to believe it.

Do not give me that bullshit. That is merely your apologist answer so that you can sleep better at night despite the fact that you know quite well precisely what a corrupt institution you support. You disgust me, and you do not deserve to call yourself a human.

Religious faith: I have faith that god will ensure the sun rises tomorrow.
There is no evidence that any god has any hand in whether or not the sun will rise.
Secular hope: I have faith that the sun will rise tomorrow.
There is proof that the sun rises around the same time every day. We have validation from it being a repeatable action. No god is required for understanding that the sun will rise around the same time every day.
