I guess it's just me, huh? One little Ravenclaw all on her lonesome. How very Luna of me. Sigh.

Am I the only Potterhead here?!

I enjoyed the books and the films, but I am not obsessed with Harry Potter.

I liked the movies alright, but still have not read the books. Tolkien's middle earth is more of my preferred fantasy.
Sadness
Sorry Quill. While I did watch a couple of the movies, I didn't read the books, and am not a huge HP fan.

I've read all the Potter books and thoroughly enjoyed them.
Where are the snake and mushroom smilies?
I've read all of the books at least three times each. When Order of the Phoenix came out, I was in New Zealand due to the conditions of my Australian visa. I went to the bookstore around the corner from my hostel, came back with the book, and sat down in the common room to read. A couple of hours later, I looked up, and there were at least fifteen people, all from different countries and backgrounds, sitting in the oversized couches, with their heads buried in Harry Potter. It was really cool.
As far as the movies go, I'm not sure I've even seen them all. (May 7, 2014 at 11:52 am)rexbeccarox Wrote: I've read all of the books at least three times each. Loved the books, liked the movies, but I don't consider myself a "potterhead." I'm definitely a fan though.
I still plan on reading the books one of these days. I suspect they will be better than the films, and that should raise my fan meter a bit.
