I've heard that they did illustrations in the medival times. And gotta wonder if there were more quranists and sufis back then. Which are the one's who probably dont want Sharia.

But i gotta wonder, when did this idea of not picturing exist, since here is a very nice illustration Smile

I don't think it's that you can't picture him, it's that you can't picture him and take the piss out of him at the same time. Like in satire or something.

In that painting, to me, he looks an awful lot like a typical Euro white guy dressed in Middle-Eastern style garb.

Kinda like most of the paintings of Jesus.
