Not that I know of. I see ads for an MMO called IMVU sometimes that's about relationships, but I'm not sure if it allows same sex.

No actually, but I've only played eve online which does not deal with relationships in any way at all unless you read the fan fiction.

Pretty sure most mmos on the market now start at a smoldering bromance and culminate in a full time committed relationship. What's missing? I know married couples that have sex less often than two "hetero" raiding partners.

There's this British guy that makes a lot of videos about an MMO that I play called World of Tanks.
Whenever he gets a chance to shoot the back of an enemy tank, he calls it "surprise butt sex". Does that count?  RE: A question for you gamers

I think SWTOR has same sex relationships. I'm not 100% on that though (as I've only ever done opposite sex romances, however I'm pretty confident you could do the same romances as the same sex). To be honest though it takes a fair bit of grinding just to get anywhere with the relationships... I'm still only level 40 (out of 55) and I've only got the romance/like meters of my companions a quarter full.
Heh, grinding... so many bad jokes, so little time. 
Rift allows same sex marriage in game.
There is a MMO called Runes Of Magic which came out like 5 years ago and its had same sex marriage from day 1 and they could even have kids (don't ask).
