Don't panic, the fuel tank on the left has a pump failure so your gauge is reading the tanks level accurately, the fuel simply isn't being delivered. Manual siphon.

One might think that he has some good reputation in this world just because of how much he is respected by his fellow humans, but none of that will matter anymore on the day he meets his Lord with a horridly black and dejected face. "And He whom Allah humiliates, none can give him honor" (Quran 22:18).

Okay, fine. You think that is special pleading but I don't. Wink
Point is, that doesn't matter.

It doesn't matter who Allah/Yahweh/Christ/Mohammed etc, etc, glorifies and/or condemns. If the person sees no inherent value in themselves, their assessment is rendered worthless, same as any other person's assessment.

Just be happy and content being you. That's life's easiest and hardest lesson to learn. Undecided

Oh man, there is so much advice, both morally and for life improvement. I probably would of not gone to college and traveled more. Learned how to live cheaply earlier. Let myself know that happiness is not tied up with stuff.

1. Don't wish to gain honor or distinction from people. Real honor comes only from God.

2. Never hate anyone too much, but instead try to forgive them if they wronged you because that is better for yourself.

3. Don't spy on others. The truth will more than likely become apparent sooner or later anyway.

4. When you notice a problem in someone's behavior, first ask yourself whether or not you have the same problem as he does.

5. Your faith is the greatest blessing, so keep on nurturing it.

(I stole this topic from another forum, btw).

1. (and only one). Regardless of the reason...even unto the point of physical death and beyond....you will not legally marry ANYONE until you have reached the age of 45.....at least.
People don't go to heaven when they die; they're taken to a special room and burned.

45? O.O
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!

Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite.

Dead wrong.  The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.

Quote:Some people deserve hell.

I say again:  No exceptions.  Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it.  As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.
