The part that continues to amaze me is that conservatives claim pride in America, yet are more likely to:

1) want to succeed from the union;

2) keep guns for the purpose of possible armed rebellion; and

3) think America is heading in the wrong direction.

It's a very strange kind of pride if you ask me.

If you noticed, some conservatives are more than happy to rewrite history.

The War of 1812 was relatively inconclusive and nowhere close to a clear defeat.

I'm stupefied as to why anyone would be 'proud' of being from a particular place. The ONLY thing which determines your country of origin is where your mum happened to be when it was time to expel you from her birth canal. This is a circumstance which was beyond your control - there was no way whatsoever for you to influence it.

Because most of the hysterical far-left and naive fringers here who have continually demonstrated their hatred time and again for this country have either socialist or communist sympathies. They hate White people, (even to the point of seeming to apologize for their own white skin). They're intolerant bigots who don't take well to be being disagreed with. They're anti-male bigots, anti-religious bigots, anti-anything that disagrees with them bigots, anti-American bigots. They hate anybody who makes their own way without the benefit of entitlements. They claim they're not racists but in actuality, they are. In their naive and narcissistic world view they believe themselves to be the great ruling elite who are better than everybody else. They believe minorities aren't capable of functioning without their leadership guidance. They keep minorities under their control through the opiates of entitlements. They purposely stir up controversies by fabricating issues of class-warfare, race-baiting, war on women,....but since they're so unhappy here , a communist country or a socialist country would be more in line with their sympathies. If they don't like it here they can GTFO. Nobody's forced to stay in this country. There's thousands of illegals sneaking across our border everyday to take their place.

Nothing about that previous post showed any kind of concern for the country. His whole statement obviously implied that he hated this country and that he hated being here. So, he can leave, and good riddance.

I did a poll asking a 1000 heterosexual women if they would rather have sex with a man or a woman.
