San Diego city is pretty conservative, and I think the rest of our county is, too. OC has a conservative rep. Imperial County would seem so, too, but I think there are lots of migrants over there, so, who knows. And I have no clue about the IE. This South California I live in seems pretty right wing!

You can imagine all you want but Federal Laws just don't magically drop off the books because a state was re-admitted. To my knowledge the 1845 Federal law that allows the state of Texas to break up into 5 states has never been repealed/rescinded/ or declared unconstitutional.

San Diego is military-focused from what I observed, but pretty conservative in California is left of the middle from what I saw of most states in America.

But it doesn't even bear discussing since a.) it's not California & b.) there is 0 chance of it happening in any of our lifetimes.
