Suing someone for cheating is about as stupid as suing someone for injuries during a robbery. Completely ridiculous and shouldn't be allowed. Sending them off to jail? Are you kidding me right now? Give me a break.
You do not have ownership over someone else's body just because you're in a relationship. If you don't like them sleeping around and they don't agree that fidelity is something they want in a relationship, then move on it obviously wasn't meant to be.
