I will try to make something clear, in the OT God destroyed those who had genetic infestation with fallen angels via the flood.
It said that Noah was perfect in his genealogy- they translated it "generations" but more precisely it was his genetic make up.
God's verdict on the flood victims was that every intent of all of them was evil all the time.
He gave them 120 years to repent, the time lapse for the building of the ark.

"Fallen angels"? Why were these fallen agels even able to procreate? what's keeping them from doing the same now? That's not really an answer for why Yahweh killed everyone. He should have actually truied improving society and fixing things, instead of killing or ordering the killing of everyone who didn't conform.
