That Day will come as a trap on all the world

God suffered right along beside us. Why? Because He had to. But this is beside the point. You don't reject God because of pain and suffering. You reject God because you don't want to be accountable to anyone or anything.
If you really wanted to know God even in the midst of pain and suffering, then you would be searching for answers as to why this has to be, not mocking it a priori. Just look at what you said to me in your last response to me. You told me to prove Christianity before I engage in what I said, yet what I said was in direct response to Brakemans question about what the bible says to support Obama being the AC. Any honest objective assessment of just this one example shows that you are simply here to be divisive and that's okay.

I've been a Christian for most of my life. I don't believe because I don't see any reason to, and the bible looks like a steaming pile of shit to me.
So don't come over and say I don't believe because I don't want to be morally accountable to anyone. I'm morally accountable to the people who hold me dear and who are important to me. What I do in life I do for them. Not for fear that some silly god will bake my ass after I die, but for fear that I might disappoint those people I deeply care about.

So, please, refrain from pulling a priori assumptions about me from your rectal cavity.

Fact: Every time you eat a bite of cake, someone gets horsewhipped.

Facter: Every time two people kiss, an orphanage collapses.

Factest: Every time a baby is born, an innocent animal is severely mocked for its physical appearance. Don't be a pleasure hog. Your every smile is a dagger. Happiness is murder.

But of course you're not going to, are you? Like all conspiracists you're creaming your knickers over being the only one in the know.

Today, that would be equivalent to those who profess to know God but are Hippocrates.
No one here fits that profile.
One of my friends whom I trust said, the Lord told him:
If you don't have love in your heart toward people- you are not going up (when the trumpet sounds).
If you have ought against you brother- your place at the Wedding Supper will be empty.
Now, please don't cover my back. I can't pull arrows out of it fast enough.
I know you mean well. How about praying about it?
To the contrary, It is definitely applied to all the unsaved.Just listen to testimonies of those who were unsaved and they themselves will tell you that they were doing the devils
work. I guarantee you that Mr. Kleck will tell you the same. It may not be to the same degree that the Pharisees were but all the same, if you are unsaved, you are a host for the devils works.
As far as getting your back I meant that I will share in the insults and all that go along with witnessing about Christ. Praying about it is a give in.

I don't mind doing the devils work, but I generally prefer being on the receiving end of a woman doing the devil's work.

More satisfying and less solitary.

That makes no sense at all. If I did not want to "be accountable to anyone or anything" god would be the least of my worries, seeing as he is incapable of holding me accountable for anything. Even most of the theists tend to warn us that god is hiding now and will only call us to account at some future time. If you're going to mischaracterize people, at least try to make it somewhat plausible or sensible.
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

You had a personal, reciprocating relationship with Jesus Christ most of your life? Because that is the definition of true Christianity. What you had was an intellectual head knowledge of Christ like the scriptures state in the book of James, "..even the demons believe and they tremble..".
You admitted that you do nothing for God, but for those you care about. So it remains true, you do not want to be held accountable by God. "For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? ..." Matthew 8:46

So, we start off with a No True Scotsman. What you have defined is not True Christianity™, but True [Insert your denomination's name here]™. I hope you realize that.

I don't want to be held accountable by god just like you don't want to be held accountable by the Supreme Court of the Klingon Empire. Get it?
