For the picture. Switch to full version. Click UserCP. Then in the left panel click Change Avatar.
For the smileys you can switch to full version and there will be a box of them at the left of your screen when you post. Or if you're lazy like me and you don't care to switch back and forth you can just memorize the codes for the ones you like. My favorite is Panic Panic Panic

It's just the word panic between 2 colons.

This will come off as bragging but I actually live on a street called Bonar.

Anyone can pull a left at Main street but I can actually pull a Bonar at Main street.
