There was a point where I have called someone naive, and multiple times where I've hinted at the majority of you lacking the amount of intelligence you claim to have. Perhaps I was wrong to say those things, but I don't consider those very insulting.

I am certain you have found yourself in that situation throughout your life.

I never said not to question religion, as all things should be questioned. I just believe that it should be done in a mature and respectful manner.

That being said, kindly go fuck yourself.

This newcomer is sharp and dull at the same time. The thing is, she likely thinks the same of us. If we focused more on what we share in common, rather than where we differ, I believe that prejudice can be overcome, and bridges can be formed.

Never mind me... I'm an old naive fool. Carry on.

You should not speak of that which you do not know of yourself.

The maturity of this forum is exactly what I had anticipated it to be, a lack of intellectual thought resides here. A lack of critical thinking, such was it in the case where JesusHChrist presented me with misinformation and I had to correct him.

He didn't even bother to make sure his sources were correct, like many of you, and that is why you are what you are. It seems my time here has been wasted, and I have precious little time to be wasted by speaking to the deaf. I hope some of you will eventually understand the futility of militant atheism and stop wasting your time as well when it could be used for better purposes.

I never said not to question religion, as all things should be questioned. I just believe that it should be done in a mature and respectful manner.

Says the person who said democracy is the vilest of all forms of government with no qualifier or explanation as to how they reached that conclusion, and despite the evidence to the contrary of the liberating nature of a democratic system vis-à-vis literally every other form of system of government ever theorised and implemented.

If you feel your time is wasted speaking to people who you automatically denigrate in your opening posts and who take objection to that denigration, then by all means, go away. You're not offering anything.

I'll treat religionists in a mature and respectful manner when they begin treating both atheists and their co-religionists in a mature and respectful manner. Remember - we've taken a LOT more shyte from them than they have from us.

Childish of me, probably, but there we are.
