What isn't fabricated in mens minds, lol? I'm not sure what discussion you think we're having at this point.

Yeah, they would seem to be, or at least that's the face they put on. They are many other things as well. Cunning opportunists of political quagmire, for example.

Okay well I'm going to make my point, which is maybe you should find a more mature way of interacting with the forum. Not just spamming a bunch of juvenile crap that's poorly defended at best and then acting butt-hurt at literally everything that everyone says. If you aren't 15 years old it makes you come off like a 15 year old. If you are 15 years old maybe you should wait a bit to come into your own intellectually and not be your typical angsty teenager angry at the world. That is courteous advise although I'm sure you'll find a way to be upset about it.

The IS claims to be Islamic. Since I am not a Muslim, who am I to say they are not? Other Muslims may disown them, but that happens in all religions all the time.

For me this is ridiculous.... these (IS) people are acting in the name of the same god that these muslim leaders are... end of.
If they want an 'in fight' then let them, because that's where the problem is... islam is like a knife, it can be used for good and bad, but a knife is a knife, and the good users of knives need to tell the bad ones to stop, not call for murder weapons to have their name changed from knife to "unKnives" !!!!
It's subjective really, the quran says a lot of vague things about fighting.
It says fight those who fight you but do not transgress.
That sounds simple and straight forward enough but in pretty much any kind of warfare, especially modern warfare, the first definite notice you get that someone is fighting you is that they have just shot a bullet at you or dropped a bomb on you. So if your group of fighters follow the most peaceful interpretation of this verse it's pretty much impossible to win any war.
If you take this verse to mean fight those who fight you (Americans) but do not transgress ( accidentally kill non Americans) then IS are Islamic, they are fighting those nations who fight them even the charity workers and other non combatants from those countries.
Some would argue that the majority of Muslims aren't islamic because they follow the hadiths which influence others laws not mentioned in the quran such as stoning women and executing homosexuals even though the quran itself says nothing is left out of the quran.
