Their chicken is extremely unhealthy too. Also any other additives like croutons, cheese, nuts. It all adds up. Take that away and you have something healthy, but it's just a bowl of wilting leafs and a couple of cherry tomatoes.

A real salad doesn't need all that stuff to make it delicious.

I agree many fast food places have extremely unhealthy food.

I agree with you (in bold). I have four really good salads from Trader Joe’s, they have more healthier choices for salads, unfortunate some of them have cheese in them. Eilonnwy have you ever tried soy cheese?

Cheese in salad? That's fucked.

Salad is at it's best when it's all fresh, crisp and tasty with a lite balsamic dressing. I can't see why people stick mayo on salad, let alone cheese!

Good point void.

Salad is at it's best with fresh cpisp and tasty, which most of the salads I am going to have are.

And I would never put mayo on a salad, salad dressing is best on salads nothing else.

What about gorgonzola, blue cheese, feta, parmesian? Or any other number of good cheeses in a salad?

Lol, that's what happens when you post on reaction rather than thinking.

I had in my head the image of someone squeezing processed cheese on salad Tongue

cheese rocks.. but that twice processed junk isn't really cheese anymore. I like a little parm on spinach and field greens with mushrooms with a litte balsalmic on top.

Bacteria cultures. Aged milk products. Mmmmmm. They won't let me have a cow in the suburbs. Salads are good, the leafy greens are some of the best foods from a nutrient and vitamin point of view. I haven't had McDonalds in may be 15 years. I don't think I could go in one without making a scene. Silicone Dioxide in the burgers. What, pray tell is Silicon Dioxide? Should be an easy one.

Fast food is part of the mechanism in place to (i love how apt this word is) domesticate us. Control a populations food, and you control their ability to think, act or fight. The real genius was getting people to eat that shit under their own control, and defend their right to eat shit... Genius.

*Seriously?!?!?*

Pippy, when I'm wealthy and famous, can I hire you as my personal entertainer? If you weren't such an adamant moron, I think we'd be best friends. I love people who can make me laugh for hours on end.
