I believe modern day slavery is not moral as he slaves are not treated fairly or justly by their master

I have no idea where you're getting this idea of "biblical slavery was different". Sure, it didn't involve african americans and most likely didn't involve cotton, but slavery is the owning of another human being as property, which the bible endorses.

Well that pretty well settles the Urethro Dilemma which Ratsetsu brought up recently. Clearly what is moral is whatever to hell god says it is but only for so long as He says. Next year xtians may be required to join us in eating the brains of infants. It's cool if God permits it, and righteous if He requires it.

I don't believe God has ever spoken to anyone. Some men believed God was cruel and other men believed God was love. This is why the bible is so contradictory.

Belief is not knowledge! Beliefs are a reflection of the believer!

To believe in nothing; that's a negative.

I'm not sure who Jesus was, and I don't think his name was Jesus at all, and I don't think that the New Testament would have accurately described his teachings having been manipulated by other people to achieve their own means.

Regardless if he did exist, or a man similar to him during that time, he was most definitely a man.
