And yet a book filled with laws inviting judgement.
Have you seen Leviticus? a book both evil and laugh out loud funny.

We believe God came into human form to take the punishment that everyone else should suffer individually. He knew what he had to do.

To appease me I will kill me.

Temporarily.

And in a time and place that precludes even minimal independent confirmation of said act, and will see to it sceptics of that act are tormented with blazing hot molten iron dips FOREVER.

Makes sense to me, he said sarcastically.

And as far as Christian "morals" go...those who espouse those "morals" were the same people who supported and maintained slavery, kept women oppressed and exhibited bigotry towards homosexuals. To this day, we still see this same bigotry and sexism coming out of the religious right.

Yes, tell me more about Christian "morals."

Why did he have to do it? Is it not in god's power to simply forgive? Or... not judge things that cause him absolutely no harm in the first place?

Isn't petty grudge bearing like that rather unseemly? Thinking

Welcome, by the way. Tongue

Don't worry, just grab your popcorns and sit on the sidelines till they get back on track, or you begin to understand them

Regarding the above, are you Familier with the gunslinger fallacy, or the arthropic principle?
