To be fair, yukapuka might be annoying and childish, but he hasn't broken any rules and is making an attempt (however feeble) at debate.

It might be cool to have a subforum devoted to the truly weird who will never be banned so long as they post only in their own, special exhibit thread. Rik would get a thread of course. Yuckypukey seems a likely candidate. Snowy should be there too.
