You would be one of the last persons I expected to get a ban.

I've never put someone on ignore.
It's just not in my nature, I can't do it. :-)
I've never had a warning or read the rules.
So the rules must be fairly common sense, I reckon.
But I will read the rules if I get into trouble for something one day. :-)

That's just it. Apart from a few site-specific things, the Rules here are commonsense and basic netiquette. Which is why it amazes me that some people still can't, or won't, get it.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

This, to a tee. The extremes seem so artificial, to me. I can find fault with those whom I love; I can love those who are flawed.
... just as I hope folks see me, flawed and lovable.
Very true.
But I'm not artifical, just biased
It's not that Losty is flawless, just that I think she's so wonderful it feels like that sometimes.
TBH the way I see it... I can't help find her 'imperfections' adorable.

It's only when the judgement is based on false premises that it turns to stone. We make judgements every day of our lives: is this person good or bad for me? That is a judgement. We all do it, every day. Every day.
Right or wrong? It simply is.
It's 7 am and I haven't slept. I don't know. I suppose I would say that being judgmental for the sake of being judgmental is harmful. It feels like middle school in here where everyone stands around loudly whispering about whoever is on the chopping block this week knowing they'll hear...just to be mean. As long as I live I will never understand the desire to act that way. I will never understand the pull people seem to have to be mean to someone you don't like as retribution for them being a way you find unpleasant. I just don't get it. Now, that I have gone for who knows how long, over a subject that wasn't that special to begin with. And made myself feel stupid for opening my huge mouth to begin with, I'll try to think what EP would say to me now if he were here. Probably something along the lines of "you don't have to go through all this effort to defend me, Losty. I know you like me, but this is pathetic." Maybe some stuff about how people should say everything they think even if it's really mean. Goodnight guys.
Bolded part is one of the things we agree most strongly on.
I am very against retribution and revenge. As you know
I hope you're finally getting some sleep now, you deserve all the rest you can get, my compassionate bestie.

I have , but it was at my request when Dad was in the hospital. Somehow I don't think that counts.

I have been banned by request too, years ago.
I was too addicted to resist posting but I needed to focus on RL so I requested a ban for a month
Minimalist couldn't stand it lol. He was like "But you're one of us!" lol.
