He got lonely and some inexperienced person coped the result of this loneliness, she couldn't handle it being very young and inexperienced and so CoH made a fool of himself. 

Sometimes I wonder if there should not be an age limit on this forum

Speaking with him, he is filled with remorse. This does not help him but may make the individuals involved feel a bit better and a bit more thoughtful before they start claiming abuse
