I agree they do foot the bill for our welfare state. But you side with a market that perpetuates that climate and at the same time ignore that is exactly what you are doing, or you know that is what you are doing and simply do not care that you advocate this.

You keep talking out of both sides of your mouth. Removing regulations under the extraction climate will not simplify anything. It will be gas on the fire and simply allow for more global market abuse.

If Walmart wants less people to be dependent, they have it within their own power to do it. If they do not want to do that they still have no right to monopolize our political system. So they have a choice, they can do it on their own, and if they would, they would find out it isnt the scary thing they stupidly think it is. I have pointed out companies and rich people that do the right thing. They have no excuse. You keep making excuses for them.

I think that it might be a bit too far to call that evil. The workers and the state want a minimum wage, the business has agreed to it. They can decide not to, they can go elsewhere. They don't. No one is forcing Walmart to have stores in the US and I'm sure that a hefty portion of the US would be glad to see them go. Not me, I like Walmart, but meh.

If a law is passed saying you have to live in an orange colored house....you're not forced to live in an orange colored house because you could simply choose to be homeless. I hope you can see that this argument is flawed...and now perhaps you can also see that your claim that no one is forcing Walmart to pay a minimum wage because if they don't want too they can close their stores is equally flawed.

Go to some place where the law isn't in effect. Simple stuff right? Especially if you have the mobility that vast wealth grants - like Walmart. No one, Heywood..no one...is forcing walmart to do anything. They've made an agreement, check the articles of incorporation that businesses sign onto here in the states. It's an agreement they've entered into because they believe it will benefit them. They -do- operate in places that don't require such a wage. Now, if the US was telling Walmart that they couldn't pack up shop, forcing their assets to remain..I'd take issue...but we aren't...so I don't.

Try to get this through your narrow minded narcissistic selfish head. Wealth is needed, just like workers are needed. But the crap you just typed is nothing but a justification to ignore that you are NOT the only important aspect in life. Wealth is merely one part of society, but it is not the only part of society nor the most important part of society.

No one is saying we should force the private sector out of existence. So stop trying to make an argument out of something I am not arguing. You stupidly think wealth is the center of the universe just like theism teaches it's followers.

You do not get to decide for everyone in a diverse society what our laws are. If you want to make your arguments, no one is stopping you from making bad arguments. But when others compete with different view and vote, and you lose, that is what happens in a diverse society. Otherwise all you are arguing is the same crybaby mentality I get from theists when you say boo to them.

Just admit you are not concerned with others. That is what you really want to say but do not have the guts to say it.
