I don't discuss it either, since I'm a historian and not a natural scientist. But even for a natural science idiot like me there are enough sources comprehensible enough to make evolution compelling.

Yeah, but as far as christians go, you look for the silver lining. And the silver lining is the not hating gay part and the recommendation to use the brain to some extent.
