Always?

Well... he's delusional.

It can also be a hell with no way out. Rejection bias kills through inaction... crisis; it can't be real none of it is real this isn't happening. Acception bias annihilats through overaction... crisis; it's real it has to be real all of it is real it's all happening.
Me, I prefer arbitrarily taking what you want to be real, and shelving the rest. If you can't know what is real, then you might as well be sure that you enjoy what you can feel

But let's be real... I skimmed the OP, and didn't bother to read it. Take the pills, maybe they'll help.

What a mess.

I'm more curious as to whether their hallucinations(/visions, whatever) are internal or external... what they feel... I really wonder as to the experience behind the words.
Doesn't matter with this guy but it could be nice to see in the future.
* Violet actually reads over horror story after horror story of the meds they make to make the crazies go bye bye.
No meds no meds. Definitely no meds. Nope. I mean... telling me to take medicine like that is right on up there with telling me to go to a place with white padded walls.

Not cool to say to someone who's doing the best they've ever done... and besides: my therapist agrees with me~

Edit: OP, if you're still around and looking? STRONGLY CONSIDER taking the meds, but be careful. Get a second fucking opinion, for your own sake... (and don't let it be your own). Not that you're serious but hey: cover the bases that belong to me.
Please give me a home where cloud buffalo roam
Where the dear and the strangers can play
Where sometimes is heard a discouraging word
But the skies are not stormy all day
