Quick question to theists

So were made in gods image right i get that so is god perfect?

The soul of man is made in the image and that shared identity is perfect. Humans would be perfect as well if they didn't let certain traits tarnish the mind.
But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, His Son, purifies us from all sin.

But the soul of man is corrupt and only through the sacrifice of jesus/god they get there soul cleansed. So then god isn't perfect he is faulty like us.
He exhibits human emotions of hate and rage something he says were not supposed to have.

The soul is perfect (it's just the part of humanity that connects them to God), but the sins of the mind have negative consequences. Yes, God in the OT was labeled as a jealous God but that was deemed a righteous jealousy by the writers.

No its not its easily corrupted even the talking snake lizard thing caused the first sin. We as humans are not as pure as you want to think or want to believe.
You cannot just say god changed he is still the same god in OT vengeful hateful racist and homophobic and also highly disturbed by people who have notable issues
those who he deems not perfect I.E. birth defects and very noticeable mental illnesses. All of those should tell you something about your own being who you worship so fondly....
And the sad part about it all those people who he deem's imperfect they don't get to go into heaven... or hell... its purgatory....

Why is it a bad thing to have the ability to think for yourself that is what being human is.
That is the biggest reason why we are human the biggest reason we have emotions.
Why would god a "perfect" being deny us emotion and thought. If anything that should
make you question why, why would he not want us to have the ability to think for ourselves.
Is it because one day we would know he isn't all perfect and he isn't all good. Because if anything
god has the qualities of a dictator because he strips your ability to think away when you are in
heaven... and he always wants you to worship and obey him... doesn't that even bother you??
