That's the most important thing in economic freedom. The other ones are government size, regulatory efficiency and market openness.
Horseshit. If that were true, then the countries with the most rigidly enforced, draconian laws would have the most economic freedom. Since they don’t, it isn’t.

No its not. According to the link
you posted. You dont even read the links you post. How fucking lazy is that?
Or can you not count to 4 and/or do not understand what "and" means? Which part of "4" or "and" do you want me to explain to you?
Quote:The index evaluates 177 countries in four broad policy areas that affect the economic freedom, which are rule of law, government size, regulatory efficiency and open markets
Edit: i see you already backpedaled

LOL! You seriously gave me laugh in real life. Not an easy thing to do.
Do you really don't know what "rule of law" means or are you just trolling me at this point? "Rule of law" means that rulers are not above the law. It means that laws apply equally to both the strangers and kings.
I know what it means, and I know that it has bugger all to do with the economy and economic freedom. For purposes of the Heritage Foundation index, 'rule of law' applies primarily to property laws and how they are enforced. If you would read your own links, you would know this.
