The French had the right idea for these rich twats. They should be introduced to Madame Guillotine. It is a remarkable corrective for bad thinking.
Really, someone who believes that they should have a green lawn, at the expense of others not having enough water to drink and bathe in, is asking for it. It becomes a matter of self-defense at that point, and is therefore completely justified.

I would like to see how special they think they are when they get to fight 99% of the population armed with guns and melee weapons

They don't even have to fight. Those 99% are the ones who maintain the water supply and infrastructure. Unless Richie Rich up there knows which valve to tighten on which water main in order to turn his sprinklers back on.
