Storage limitation. Brain-space is already filled with the verses that don't.

Distinguishing between figurative and literal use of language seems to be kicking your ass.

To be fair to the Mohammadians, the legal age for marriage under Roman law was twelve. So, it's not all that surprising that the Arab religionists codifying their imperialist theology in the 6th and 7th centuries thought fucking children was an acceptable practice. The problem is people like Mystic who try to give a medieval outlook the face of a respectable modern ethic. As far as this dark mist clouding hearts or whatever, in more literal terms I take Mystic to mean: the judgement of liberal, thoughtful, well-reasoned analyst under the yoke of superstitious tradition; people seem to hold almost any tradition with reverence on the mere account of its antiquity... so ironically the victim of this darkness here appears to be Mystic himself.

Prove the 'dark influence' exists, please.

Time to get out the +5 book of logic...

Mystic, the trap they keep making you fall in is the Hadiths; let's be honest : the Hadiths DO SAY that Mohammed peace be upon him married a child.
Both of the famous Hadith tellers - Bukhari & Moslim - foretold that Aisha married the prophet when she was 6. Revise their books.

You have no escape from the hammer & the sickle you're in because of the Hadith..the Hadith is the sickle, and the hammer is the opposing arguments that bring down your hypothesis; as it's the case with all Sunnies/Shias who believe the Hadith.

Leave the Shia faith behind, leave the lies of the Hadith to realize the truth. And see all counter arguments break against the Quran.
If it's to the Quran, nobody would be able to counter back and say : Mohammed did this or that.

Yet again, from a Quranic perspective, man's main dark force is their own souls..
Satan himself knows it and says it in the afterlife :

( Sura 14 Verse 22 )   And Satan will say when the matter has been concluded, "Indeed, Allah had promised you the promise of truth. And I promised you, but I betrayed you. But I had no authority over you except that I invited you, and you responded to me. So do not blame me; but blame yourselves. I cannot be called to your aid, nor can you be called to my aid. Indeed, I deny your association of me [with Allah] before. Indeed, for the wrongdoers is a painful punishment."

FSM has a special place in the pot of boiling torment for the pedophile moohamad
"For the only way to eternal glory is a life lived in service of our Lord, FSM; Verily it is FSM who is the perfect being the name higher than all names, king of all kings and will bestow upon us all, one day, The great reclaiming"  -The Prophet Boiardi-

      Conservative trigger warning.

Yes and in all cases erodes large portions of grey matter rendering it all but useless.
