Thanks for the welcoming replies. And for the cake. Big Grin

Don't worry, I won't mention star signs again altough unification of people's characters is not a religion. This unification helped me date my first female love, though.

Still just another brand of bullshit though, and I've met some people who follow it pretty damn religiously. I knew one girl who literally used it to form her entire opinion of people she'd just met. Literally, she came out with stuff like this "He seems nice but he's an Aquarius, we're incompatible so I won't bother speaking to him again".

Do you honestly believe the date you're born on, the month that determines your 'sign', has any bearing whatsoever on your character? Or that the alignment of planets somehow impacts your 'luck' at any given time.

Shit, I better go put the lottery on, Mars is ascending and it's a full moon.

It's childish fantasy.

*edit, I know ya said you wouldn't mention it again, I just have real bad experience with people who actually like astrology. Didn't mean to shit on your parade or anything.

I know what you're saying but I'm not like that. I don't worship astrology. If you want we can continue talking about that in personal messages, so that we don't spam this topic.

I don't think you can technically spam this topic, it's your intro thread. You can talk about your favourite phone book if you feel like it. And you can talk about star signs as much as you like.

Is being an atheist to the bone from another country, in any way related to wanting to bone an atheist from another country? If it is, count me in.

Well, in that case I wanna ask Napoleon how would he explain the similarity between what's being said about Aquarius and my character. Whenever I read about Aquarius it's like I'm reading something that I wrote about myself. Everything that can be said about Aquarius is 100% true about me. How would you explain that if, as you claim, unification of characters is all bullshit?
I'm not saying everything about astrology is true, however. For instance, what I find to be a load of crap is that thing with "predicting" what's gonna happen in someone's life based on planets alignment.

Haha, actually this "atheist to the bone" originates from the ZZ TOP's song "Bad to the bone". I'm not a bad person but I'm an atheist, so I decided to use that song name as a base. However, I wouldn't say "no" to any cute and feminine looking male atheist from another country. Wink But keep in mind I can't be passive. Tongue

I bet if you look at Pisces, or Aries, or any of the other horoscopes in your newspaper, you'll probably be able to find some descriptions and predictions that could well apply to you. They undoubtedly could apply to everyone else as well. That's the point. Horoscopes give off the impression that they're tailored to you, and only you. The reality is the complete opposite. They're actually very general, very vague, and are specifically designed to apply to as many people as possible.
