If it's consensual, with protection and enough lube, I have no fucking objections.

Fuck. Fuck. Fuck. Mother mother fuck. Mother mother fuck fuck. Mother fuck mother fuck.

I don't see the big deal on an internet forum. If that's the only way you can make conversation or debate though, then you may not come across as too intelligent, but I know I've done it in the past, but it's usually when someone is lying, or really saying something stupid.

But, I agree with Parkers Tan on respecting others sensibilities. I don't really swear around my mother or grandmother, because I know they don't like it too much. If, you see the word on a post, let's not focus on the word. Focus on the argument, and grow the fuck up, if you can't take seeing a swear word on the forums once in awhile.

I think this is what makes it the "inner circle" that I mentioned earlier. Normally people around here are respectable around people they don't know, so swearing becomes a sign of knowing somebody on a personal level. But there has to be that feeling out period, otherwise if you come out guns a blazin, that makes you look like a person of poor judgment and someone who doesn't know how to navigate social situations.

Of course age is a factor. You can skip the feeling out period if you're a crotchety old fart, and you won't lose any respect points.
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:

"I don't hang around with mostly men because I'm gay. It's because men are better than women. Better trained, better equipped...better. Just better! I'm not gay."

For context, this is the previous verse:

"Hi Jesus" -robvalue

RE: Swearing
People who are offended by swearing should be grateful for the frequently sweary - we're helping to lessen the impact of said swear words, making them less shocking.

That's generally my policy around people offended by it, apart from with the cunt word, I think that's such an important part of (especially British) vocabulary i'd hate to see it's impact lessened.. it's the only word that still has the power to shock which is why I think it's important to be economical and only use it when absolutely necessary
“The larger the group, the more toxic, the more of your beauty as an individual you have to surrender for the sake of group thought. And when you suspend your individual beauty you also give up a lot of your humanity. You will do things in the name of a group that you would never do on your own. Injuring, hurting, killing, drinking are all part of it, because you've lost your identity, because you now owe your allegiance to this thing that's bigger than you are and that controls you.”  - George Carlin

Swearing has its times; filthy utterances convey knowledge. As some say, holy oratory lacks energy. Cursing's usually not traumatizing, but it terrifies christian hotheads. Most of them have erroneous reasons - heaven, "unclean mouths," piety, every rationale.

Cursing's, of course, kickass.

Don't worry, my friend.  If this be the end, then so shall it be.

I have long crusaded to make 'cunt' as acceptable a word as any other.
See someone you hate? Call them a cunt.
See someone you like? Call them a magnificent cunt.
See someone you neither like nor hate? Call them a neutral cunt.

It's a funny word and I like it. You wonderful bunch of cunts.

I swear like a drunk sailor, apparently.

I deny this.  I swear FAR better than any drunk sailor!
