RE: Thank you!
Now that your back I've got a question for you.

In the cath churches down south, in the summer, does each church hold a festival day/weekend? We have them hear in NE and they are some of the more kick ass block parties we go to. Good music and food, games (wheel of meat is my favorite, bag-o-groceries a close second). Sometimes rides for the kids. Raffles, dancing. Of course, always tons of beer and usually a firework show.

They usually do, but they vary in extravagance, if you will. Smile

Some will just have a simple cookout with sides/desserts and some games for the kids. Some will go all out.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

Haha, I made this thread a few weeks ago. I've been back for a few weeks after being gone for almost a month. Right now, yes, I'm on vaca with the family. Shy
