I thought you looked awfully well preserved for a 45 year old.  20 seems more right for your picture.  (On your profile page, it says you were born in 1970.)  Though I have seen great looking 40-somethings, I was going to ask you for your secret to your youthful appearance, but I see now that your secret is that you are still young.

Yeah you're not the first person to say that, I don't know how to change it as I'm on an app so people are jusy going to have to assume I'm 45 :/

And thanks for the welcome!

Hi and Welcome.
Seeing as you are unsure, you are welcome to join my religion of not-sure-ism Big Grin, it's a big religion and currently has about one member, but we are looking to expand. Benefits include, mandatory friday night parties, not having to argue about your beliefs, and salvation of your non-existent soul as per any and all existing rival belief systems.

Hello and welcome Vixene! Med student, eh? We'll have stuff to talk about then (I study medical biotechnology) Wink

PS: do use the mobile site if you can. It's awesome and it lets you change your age... Plus, you can give kudos and rep! How cool is that?

It's sounds like you're an atheist, and not a deist. I don't believe in a god either, but I am open to the possibility of a "force" out there somewhere, although, it's highly unlikely IMO. Welcome Smile

Welcome

Welcome I tend to like deists. You're wrong of course, but so charmingly wrong.
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god.  If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.

Great! I have to say I'm still pretty clueless on medicine, I've only just completed one year :o

Been this way for about 4 years but still pretending to be a Christian at home until I move out completely.

You're obviously an agnostic atheist. Many of us are.

On a side note, why do you have to pretend at home? It seems unusual for a UK environment.

Oh my mum is African and she's a diehard pentecostal christian. Nothing remotely British about that but yeah we do have a growing atheist population and even the christians are wishy washy christians.
