Truth be told I would have been surprised if they hadn't given the award to a scumbag. What really amazes me is, they don't seem the least bit aware of being despicable lowlives. I know you shouldn't go by appearances but when seeing Ted Cruz, the first thing coming to mind is a kick to the face.
