Hard to judge from shaky hand held cell phone video, but I'm finding reports the blast was the result of only 21 tons of explosive to be a little hard to believe.
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
It does not seem that they have this thing under control even now.

For a benchmark, they used 100 tons of TNT to get a benchmark for the first atomic bomb test. It wasn't nearly this impressive. |
